Meet John

John Osmanski established Theorem Law, LLC in 2013, and carries a wealth of experience from a plethora of entrepreneurial ventures spanning over 23 years. His journey in the business world began with the purchase of a retail skateboard shop at age 18 which lead to the founding of Osmanium, a pioneering venture in caffeinated confections such as Crackheads® and Jitterbeans® as well as another venture extending to the innovative realm of Bang® Ice Cream, the worlds first caffeinated ice cream. Alongside these, John breathed new life into nostalgic treats like Candy Raisins®, and ventured into diverse fields including also founding a day spa, a publishing, and a toy company. John is also an inventor creating and selling his inventions to an international market.

This multifaceted business background kindled a deep-seated interest in intellectual property law. John has dedicated a decade to educating others in this field. As a professor at a leading engineering college, he has developed and taught courses to thousands of individuals, covering the spectrum from intellectual property and business law to startup dynamics and idea generation.

In his legal practice, John combines a decade of hands-on experience with a heartfelt understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit. He specializes in offering nuanced, strategic solutions in business and intellectual property law, focusing on inventory, acquisition, enforcement, and defense. His approach is shaped by his own journey as an entrepreneur, enabling him to empathize with and effectively address the unique needs of his clients.

Outside the legal profession John is an avid nature enthusiast, Ironman® triathlete, retro gamer, semi-professional skateboarder, painter and educator.
